Shipping Info 🚚

Shipping Options

Currently we offer a single shipping option which is our Standard 2-5 day delivery which costs £1.95 for deliveries of all sizes in the UK or is free when you spend over £40. The majority of these deliveries arrive within 2 working days but sometimes our couriers can take a little longer during busy periodds.

Unfortunately we do not have international shipping options, however if there is an item you really like, get in touch and I will do my best to help!.

Out Shipping Process

1. We will email you an order confirmation with all the details as soon as we receive your online order (if you haven't received it, check your spam folder - it catches me out all the time).

2. All our orders are typically shipped on the same or next day with either Royal Mail 1st Class or Hermes depending on which courier can get your order to you faster.

3. If your order for any reason has not arrived within 5 working days then please get in touch and we will do our best to track down your package or organise a replacement!

Returns Info 📦

When can you return items?

We really want you to be 100% happy with your gifts and decorations at all times! So if your gifts arrive and you are in anyway unhappy, contact us or email returns@thecreativegifter.com anytime within 7 days of the delivery of your items with your order number + information and we will organise a hassle free return and refund of your items. Typically returns will be processed within 14 days.

Your Gifts arrived damaged?

We package and wrap all of our gifts to be as safe as possible during transit. However should your gift arrive damaged, you can contact us and we will arrange a collection of your damaged gift along with the choice of either a refund or replacement of the damaged gifts.
